⭐1928 Vintage Jewellery carries a charm rooted in history. Founded in 1968 by Melvyn Bernie, the brand became known for its remarkable collaboration with the Vatican Library, recreating artefacts from its treasured collections. Their pieces—rosaries, necklaces, brooches, keepsake boxes and more—were crafted with a refined vintage spirit and sold exclusively through premium department stores. Combining antique-inspired design with contemporary detail, 1928 developed a style that feels both nostalgic and timeless.
🍁This necklace comes from my personal collection and was originally acquired many Thanksgivings ago. The solid acorn and corn charms, paired with rich green and red resin, give the piece a lovely weight and warmth. It’s a beautiful autumn companion—perfect with coats and knitwear. The reverse features the brand’s signature textured pattern, and the chain ends with the classic 1928 mark. A small but meaningful piece of seasonal nostalgia, crafted with the unmistakable character of 1928.
